Are you looking for a truly local experience on your trip through southern Sweden? Come visit us at Grobruket for organic tea, freshly baked scones with our own homemade marmalades — and pick your own bouquet of flowers to take home. Picture yourself sitting outside in the fresh air, sipping a well-brewed cup of tea and spreading homemade marmalade on a warm scone. Everything we serve is organic, and we make our marmalades ourselves from berries and fruits grown right here with care. But the experience doesn't stop at the table. You'll wander through our garden and pick your own bouquet of whatever flowers, herbs and seasonal crops are in bloom that day. Along the way, we'll share the story of what's growing and how we grow it. We can't wait to welcome you out here among the flowers!

Harvest, cook, enjoy: summer edition

Spend a lunch making something unusually simple and unusually tasty: pick what's ripe, cook it together and eat it on the spot, all within hours. We start in the garden and harvest what is ready that particular week. It can be early potatoes, fennel, herbs, beans, tomatoes, beets or other summer vegetables, always organic, always in season. Then we take it to our outdoor kitchen and cook simple, seasonal Swedish dishes where the ingredients are allowed to speak for themselves. Not only will you leave, you will bring tips and inspiration to your own kitchen and your own kitchen garden. From soil to plate, in an afternoon.

Breakfast with cut flower picking

Start the day in the garden while the air is still cool and the flowers are at their most beautiful. We start with a walk through the garden and talk about the flowers, herbs and seasonal plants that are growing right now and how we grow them. Then we gather for a simple Swedish breakfast: coffee or tea, freshly baked bread or scones with homemade marmalade, organic yogurt with fresh berries from the garden — and a smoothie made from the seasonal harvest. After breakfast, pick your own bouquet of what's in full bloom — zinnias, cosmos and whatever the season has to offer on that particular day. We give you the opportunity to start the day in peace and quiet and bring a piece of garden home with you.

Full-Day Course in Hydroponic Cultivation

A full day in hydroponic cultivation in Alnarp between 09-17.00, where we alternate theory with practical work. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee are included in the price. Our popular course in hydroponic cultivation that we have held for over 10 years. The format is perfect for both beginners and those who want to deepen their knowledge. During the day, you will try to build several different types of hydroponic systems, and get answers to all your questions. Perfect gift for someone close. Why take this course? It's one thing to read something in a book or watch on youtube, but quite another to be able to get personal help and the opportunity to build with a teacher next door.
