Spend a lunch making something unusually simple and unusually tasty: pick what's ripe, cook it together and eat it on the spot, all within hours.
We start in the garden and harvest what is ready that particular week. It can be early potatoes, fennel, herbs, beans, tomatoes, beets or other summer vegetables, always organic, always in season.
Then we take it to our outdoor kitchen and cook simple, seasonal Swedish dishes where the ingredients are allowed to speak for themselves. Not only will you leave, you will bring tips and inspiration to your own kitchen and your own kitchen garden.
From soil to plate, in an afternoon.
