Sales and delivery

Experience tickets, gift vouchers and order confirmations are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase or booking. Responsibility for the ticket or voucher passes to you when it has been delivered to the email address you provided.

If you do not receive an email, please first check your spam, junk or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact Grobruket AB for assistance.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK and include Swedish VAT where applicable. Some experiences or services may be VAT exempt depending on their content and applicable Swedish VAT rules.

Experience gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are value-based vouchers that can be used as a means of payment for eligible Grobruket AB experiences.

Gift vouchers cannot normally be combined and must therefore be used individually. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel an order if these conditions are not met.

Pricing and printing errors

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typing or printing errors on our website, booking page, social media, newsletters and other communications. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a significant and/or obvious error.

Informed consent and disclaimer

When customers book an experience with Grobruket AB, they may be asked to accept terms and conditions, practical information, safety information, disclaimers and/or informed consent wording that applies to the specific experience. By completing the booking, the customer digitally confirms that they have received, understood and accepted the applicable information.
