Mulled wine workshop

Come in from the winter cold and step into the heat at Grobruket. In front of the dancing fire, you mix your own mulled wine — with the spices, smells and flavours of Christmas as a starting point.

We try our hand, mix and create a mulled wine that will be just for you. As the evening draws to a close, winter fika waits in front of the fire, before you bring the mulled wine home to ripen.

A night to gather around

Spices on the table, fire in the background and time to do something together.

The Glöggverkstaden is an experience where you get to explore flavors, mix your own mulled wine and then sit down for a while in front of the fire. A warm and relaxed evening at Grobruket in Alnarp.

This is how the evening goes

  1. Spices, fragrances and the history of mulled wine

    We begin by exploring the classic spices and flavors of mulled wine. We smell, try and talk about what makes a really good mulled wine.

  2. Blend your own mulled wine

    Then it's time to create. You mix, taste and adjust until you find your own favorite combination.

  3. Winter coffee in front of the fire

    When the mulled wine is ready, we sit down in front of the fire with winter fika. Here is time to talk, taste and just enjoy the evening.

Practical information

Time
The experience lasts for about 2h.

Ripening Time
The mulled wine needs to mature/ferment for about 3 weeks before it is ready to be enjoyed. A perfect project to take home for Advent and Christmas.

What do I bring home with me?
You will be able to bring your own mulled wine and the jar of yeast. The mulled wine can be bottled when finished.
